They have everything you need, like a comfy bed, a nice LCD TV, and a great hairdryer. Some rooms even have a balcony with an amazing view of St Peter's ski area! It's like having your own little piece of paradise. I loved the thoughtful touches in the guestrooms, like the laptop-friendly workspace and those cozy bathrobes. It made me feel right at home. The 2-bedroom option is perfect for a group of friends like us. We had our own bathrooms and could enjoy the stunning views of the town and the Krkonoše Mountains.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the optically merged living room and bedroom in the suite. But hey, that's just my preference.

We always choose the Savoy hotel when we visit this area, and it never fails to impress us. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options, including fresh vegetables. The staff, especially Tomas from the reception, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to assist make us feel welcome and valued. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to the bus station and hiking trails.
Couldn't find anything not to like about our stay 😊.

The hotel is very nicely done and the rooms are really up to a 5 star standard.
All things other than the room are very expensive. Sauna is not for free and costs CZK 1,000 per hour and needs to be booked. The restaurant is very expensive (Michelin star prices, but not the quality) and even in Prague the fine restaurants are not this expensive.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to popular attractions and landmarks. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as maps and lending of umbrellas/ponchos for hiking.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

The children's playroom was a hit with our little ones, providing hours of entertainment with games and toys. We also enjoyed the spa with its relaxing sauna and hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing on the slopes, which were conveniently accessible from the hotel.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a larger swimming pool.

If I am staying at a hotel and paying over 250 Euros a night, I don't expect to have to ask 3 times to have a table cleared for breakfast. I certainly don't expect to have to ask the wait staff to clear a table, and then - having no response - to have to ask the concierge. Also, if I ask for coffee I want the option of a latte or macchiato, I don't want to be told "get it from the buffet".

The guest rooms at Hotel Savoy are absolutely cozy and comfortable. I loved how each room had an LCD TV and a hairdryer, making it feel like a home away from home. The en suite bathrooms were a great touch too, making our stay even more convenient. As someone who values modern amenities, I was really impressed with the laptop-friendly workspaces and bathrobes provided in every room. It really added a personal touch to our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the balcony in some units with a view of St Peter's ski area. I know many people enjoy this feature, but for me, it didn't add much to my overall experience.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, speaking multiple languages. The hotel was clean and offered great facilities, including a spa with high-quality massages. The breakfast had a wide selection and delicious croissants. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room was very clean and well designed and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I plan to definitely stay there again.
The service in the restaurant was not up to expectations. At one point we sat in the restaurant in mid-afternoon when there were a few people there, and several staff preparing for the evening I suspect. It took 10 minutes before someone came around to take our order. Then at dinner, our server acted as though we should take a number - not very welcoming.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, close to several landmarks and public transportation. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
The rooms were a bit small and lacked adequate storage space. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room and kept disconnecting frequently.
